1. Definitions

"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us" refers to Hosanna Interior Decoration and Maintenance Co.

  • "Client", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person logging onto this website, contacting us, or engaging our renovation services.

  • "Services" refers to the design, contracting, interior fitting-out, and renovation services provided by the Company.

  • "Quotation" or "Contract" refers to the specific, formally agreed-upon scope of works, pricing, and timeline signed between the Company and the Client.

2. Quotations and Scope of Work

  • All preliminary estimates provided via the website, phone, or email are approximate and subject to a formal site inspection.

  • A formal Quotation is valid for [Number, e.g., 30] days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • The scope of work is strictly limited to what is explicitly detailed in the final, signed Quotation. Any additional work or variations requested by the Client after the project has commenced (Change Orders) must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional costs and timeline extensions.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in the formal Quotation. Standard payment terms typically require a non-refundable deposit prior to the commencement of work, followed by progress payments at specified project milestones, and a final payment upon practical completion.

  • Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in the suspension of works until funds are cleared.

4. Client Responsibilities

 

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide the Company with clear, uninterrupted, and safe access to the premises during agreed working hours.

  • Ensure that all necessary water, electricity, and basic utilities are available on-site for the Company's use during the renovation.

  • Obtain all necessary approvals, permits, and consents from building management offices, the Buildings Department, or other relevant Hong Kong authorities prior to the commencement of work, unless explicitly stated in the Quotation that the Company will handle these applications.

5. Project Timelines and Delays

  • The Company will make every reasonable effort to complete the renovation within the estimated timeframe outlined in the Quotation.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to: severe weather conditions (e.g., Typhoons, Black Rainstorm Warnings), material shortages, delays by third-party suppliers, strikes, or delays caused by the Client or building management.

6. Warranties and Defect Liability

  • The Company provides a defect liability period of [Number, e.g., 6 or 12] months from the date of practical completion, covering workmanship and materials supplied by the Company.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, misuse, or issues arising from structural defects inherent to the building itself.

  • Materials or appliances supplied by the Client are not covered under the Company’s warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Hong Kong, Hosanna Interior Decoration and Maintenance Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or our services.

8. Intellectual Property

 

Unless otherwise stated, Hosanna Interior Decoration and Maintenance Co. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website (including photographs of past projects, designs, and text). All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
